Shall Unified School District No. 261, Sedgwick County, Kansas (Haysville), issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $79,725,000 to pay a portion of the estimated $80,150,000 costs to: (a) construct, equip and furnish additions to existing buildings within the District; (b) make improvements, repairs or upgrades to District buildings as needed for roofing, mechanical and other infrastructure systems, and building interiors and exteriors; (c) make needed improvements to District playgrounds and parking lots; (d) construct and equip improvements to existing physical education/athletic facilities within the District; (e) make all other necessary improvements appurtenant thereto (the “Project”); and pay financing costs of issuance affiliated with the general obligation bonds of the District; all pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 10-101 et seq., K.S.A. 25-2018(f), K.S.A. 72-5457, and K.S.A. 72-5458 et seq.? The balance of the estimated costs of the Project will be paid with interest earned on the reinvestment of bond proceeds prior to expenditure.

Shall Unified School District No. 263, Sedgwick County, Kansas (Mulvane), issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $50,390,000 to pay a portion of the estimated $51,910,429 costs to: (a) demolish a major portion of the existing Mulvane Middle School and construct, equip, and furnish new educational and support spaces and make improvements to provide a secured entrance to the building, construct and equip a new storm shelter area, and install intruder locks in all classrooms for enhanced safety and security; (b) make improvements to the existing Mulvane Munson Primary School, including but not limited to upgrades or improvements to restrooms, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and install intruder locks in all classrooms for enhanced safety and security; (c) make improvements to the existing Mulvane Grade School, including but not limited to constructing, equipping and furnishing a new Administration addition, a secure building entrance, improvements to the existing connecting corridor, HVAC systems, restrooms, and install intruder locks in all classrooms for enhanced safety and security; (d) make improvements to the existing Mulvane High School, including but not limited to replacement of the building’s roof, upgrades to the Auditorium lighting and sound systems, HVAC systems, restrooms, and install intruder locks to all classrooms for enhanced safety and security; (e) make all other necessary improvements appurtenant thereto; and (f) pay financing costs of issuance and capitalized interest affiliated with such general obligation bonds; all pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 10-101 et seq., K.S.A. 25-2018(f), K.S.A. 72-5457, and K.S.A. 72-5458 et seq.? Shall Unified School District No. 436, Montgomery County, Kansas (Caney Valley), issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $32,385,000, to pay the costs to acquire, construct, equip and install additions, renovations and improvements (a) to the district junior/senior high school campus, including a multisport/wrestling room addition, and a storm shelter, locker rooms and restrooms addition; auditorium, weight room, band/music room, family and consumer sciences kitchen, library, science room, training room, coaches' offices, and locker room renovations and improvements; academic success room/library and kitchen renovations; and parking lot, sidewalk, signage and Caney Valley West campus concrete pad improvements; (b) to the junior/senior high school campus athletic complex, including a stadium entrance, locker rooms, new home team bleachers on west side, lighting, scoreboard, sidewalks, artificial turf field, track improvements, new baseball and softball facility improvements, and a new concessions building; and (c) to the district elementary school, including secured main entrance additions and an addition with storm shelter/band room, cafeteria, kitchen, and restroom improvements; commons area and main entrance, gymnasium, science classroom, SPED classroom and restroom, and other restroom renovations and improvements; updated playground for younger students and new and relocated playground for older students, and parking, sidewalks, front entrance canopy, landscaping and other site improvements; to purchase buses; to pay costs of all other necessary and related improvements; and to pay financing costs of issuance and capitalized interest affiliated with the general obligation bonds; all pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 10-101 et seq., K.S.A. 25-201 8(£), K.S.A. 72-5457 and K.S.A. 72-5458 et seq.?

USD - USD 499 (Galena):
Shall Unified School District No. 499, Cherokee County, Kansas (Galena) (the "District") be authorized to issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $7,500,000 (the "Bonds") to pay the costs to construct, furnish and equip: (a) Liberty Elementary repairs and improvements to renovate aging conditions of the facility, including roof repairs, HVAC replacement, window and elevator replacement, and gymnasium upgrades; (b) safety and security improvements to the existing covered walkway connecting Liberty Elementary to the High School, including the addition of a new canopy on the East side of the High School to improve safety and ADA access; (c) removal of modular trailers at Spring Grove for the construction of a new Early Childhood facility, to include storm shelters and playgrounds: (d) removal of modular trailers East of Liberty Elementary and the renovation of space within the existing Gene Russell Library for the addition of new classroom spaces to accommodate special education programs; and (e) make all other necessary improvements related thereto (collectively the "Project"); and pay costs of issuances and interest on the Bonds during construction of the Project, all pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 10-101 et seq., K.S.A. 25-2018(f), K.S.A. 72-5457, and K.S.A. 72-5458 et seq.?
