Advance Voting
Daily Update Statistics
Every weekday, starting 20 days before an election, the Kansas Secretary of State issues three reports:
a list of all voters who requested a mail-in ballot, a list of all who returned a mail-in ballot, and a list
of all who voted early in person. IKE Lab will post statistics from these reports daily when in one of these periods.
Past statistics from these daily reports are available for a few elections, linked below.
Election Summaries
These reports come from the Secretary of State's office. The numbers prior to 2020 are calculated using
advance voting reports produced in an open records request. Some of these reports are missing some
data from some counties. The "% of Total Vote" is based on the number of votes cast in the race with
the highest participation.
