Municipal - Lenexa:
Shall the City of Lenexa, Kansas (“City”) be authorized to renew the levy of a three-eighths of one percent (0.375%) general purpose City Retailers’ Sales Tax within the City, and to use the revenue from the tax, in whole or in part with any other funds for general City purposes, including but not limited to:
(a) to fund street infrastructure improvements including the maintenance and rebuilding of roads, sidewalks, storm water facilities, and street lighting;
(b) the development and maintenance of park and recreation facilities, including trails, parks, and playgrounds; and
(c) all things related to and necessary to construct and finance such projects including bonds and other obligations;
Provided that such tax shall take effect October 1, 2028, the day following the expiration of the existing three-eighths of one percent (0.375%) general purpose City Retailers’ Sales Tax and such tax shall expire 20 years later on September 30, 2048.

Shall Unified School District No. 226, Meade County, Kansas (Meade), issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $4,800,000 to pay the costs to construct, furnish and equip: (a) improvements and renovations to the Elementary/Junior High School facility, including roof replacement and safety and security improvements; (b) improvement and renovations to the High School facility, including track and field improvements, safety and security improvements, and classroom, auditorium, cafeteria and hallway improvements; (c) handicap accessible playground improvements; and (d) all other necessary improvements related thereto (collectively the "Project"); and (e) to pay costs of issuance and interest on said general obligation bonds during construction of the Project; all pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 10-101 et seq., K.S.A. 25-2018(f), and K.S.A. 72-5457?

Shall Unified School District No. 231, Johnson County, Kansas (Gardner Edgerton), issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $100,000,000, to pay the costs to construct, equip, furnish, repair, remodel and make additions to buildings, facilities and technology used for school district purposes, including the following: (a) renovate Sunflower Elementary School into an Early Childhood Center; (b) construct, furnish and equip a new elementary school and make renovations and improvements to all elementary schools including safety and security upgrades, special education classroom improvements and playground improvements; (c) renovate and make improvements and additions at all middle schools including safety and security upgrades and accessible playgrounds; (d) renovate and make improvements and additions to Gardner Edgerton High School including commons expansion, kitchen renovation, and safety and security upgrades; (e) construct, furnish and equip a Transition Readiness And Independent Livings Skills (TRAILS) addition; (f) construct, furnish and equip a new district service center; (g) acquire and improve sites and make all other necessary improvements related thereto; and (h) pay fees and expenses related thereto; all pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 10-101 et seq., K.S.A. 25-431 et seq., K.S.A. 25-2018(f), K.S.A. 72-5457, and K.S.A. 72-5458 et seq.?
