Municipal - Abilene:
Shall a special purpose retailers’ sales tax in the amount of three and one-half tenths of one percent (0.35%) (e.g., $0.35 on a $100.00 purchase) be levied in the City of Abilene, Kansas to take effect July 1, 2025, or as soon thereafter as such tax may be levied by the Kansas Department of Revenue, with revenue from such tax used for the purpose of funding recreation facility improvements, to include multi-purpose fields, with the means and methods to accomplish said purpose to be determined in the sole discretion of the Governing Body of the City; and provided that such retailers’ sales tax shall expire on the date ten years after it is first levied, all pursuant to K.S.A. 12-187 et seq., as amended?

USD - USD 111 (Doniphan W):
Shall Unified School District No. 111, Doniphan County, Kansas (Doniphan West) (the “District”) be authorized to issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $6,300,000 (the “Bonds”) to pay the costs to: (a) construct, furnish, and equip improvements and renovations to the Junior/Senior High School and the Doniphan West Elementary School facilities, including safety and security improvements, site, utility and infrastructure improvements, interior and exterior building improvements, and lighting, technology and HVAC improvements; (b) construct, furnish, equip and acquire other necessary renovations and improvements to District facilities; (c) make all other necessary improvements appurtenant thereto (collectively the “Project”); and (d) pay costs of issuance and interest on the Bonds during construction of the Project, all pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 10-101 et seq., K.S.A. 25-2018(f), and K.S.A. 72-5457?
