County - McPherson:
Shall McPherson County, Kansas be authorized to impose a one-half percent (.5%) County-wide retailers' sales tax, the proceeds of which shall be divided between and paid seventy percent (70%) to McPherson Hospital, Inc. ("McPherson") and thirty percent (30%) split evenly between Mercy Hospital, Inc., Moundridge, Kansas and Lindsborg, Kansas and used (1) by any recipient to finance the costs of acquiring, constructing, equipping and furnishing certain alterations, modifications and improvements to their capital equipment and facilities; (2) by McPherson to finance the costs of acquiring, construction, equipping and furnishing certain alterations, modifications and improvements to a medical arts building; and (3) to support the general operating expenses of any recipient. The collection of the Sales Tax is to commence on the expiration of the existing 0.50% countywide retailers' sales tax approved at an election in 2014 for the same purposes, and to expire ten (10) years after its commencement; all pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 12-187 et seq., as amended.

USD - USD 200 (Greeley Co):
Shall Unified School District No. 200, Greeley County, Kansas (Greeley County Schools) (the "District") be authorized to issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $4,600,000 (the "Bonds") to pay the costs to: (a) construct, furnish, equip and acquire improvements, additions and renovations to the District's Elementary and Junior/Senior High School facility, including safety and security improvements, playground improvements, locker room additions and renovations, a gymnasium addition, and ADA improvements, (b) construct, furnish, equip and acquire other necessary renovations and improvements to District facilities; (c) make all other necessary improvements appurtenant thereto (collectively the "Project"); and (d) pay costs of issuance and interest on the Bonds during construction of the Project, all pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 10-101 et seq., K.S.A. 25-2018(f), K.S.A. 72-5457, and K.S.A. 72-5458 et seq.?

Shall Unified School District No. 339, Jefferson County, Kansas (Jefferson County North) (the “District”) be authorized to issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $5,500,000 (the “Bonds”) to pay the costs to: (a) construct, furnish and equip HVAC, roofing, lighting, safety and security, fire alarm system and ADA accessibility improvements to District facilities; (b) construct, furnish and equip improvements, additions and renovations to Jefferson County North High School, including additional classrooms, parking improvements, and restroom improvements; (c) construct, furnish and equip other necessary renovations and improvements to District facilities; (d) make and acquire all other necessary improvements related thereto (collectively the “Project”); and pay costs of issuance and interest on the Bonds during construction of the Project, all pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 10101 et seq., K.S.A. 252018(f), K.S.A. 725457, and K.S.A. 725458 et seq.?
